Our Story
Mission Financials, Inc. (MiFi) began as Woodson Fiscal Consulting (WFC), founded by Michele in 2013. After years of consulting and working with various organizations, Michele reestablished WFC in California in 2020, which led to meaningful partnerships.
As MiFi's impact grew, it supported notable initiatives throughout the southern California nonprofit community. By 2023, MiFi evolved into a formal entity, hiring its first employees.
Today, MiFi continues to expand its team and deepen its partnerships, focusing on fostering financial stewardship and equity. In 2024, MiFi celebrated a milestone with its first annual staff retreat, reaffirming its commitment to building a purposeful and connected team.
